To prevent third parties from accessing your Gmail accounts, you must visit Google's Security Checkup page. This explains all the permissions that we have accessed for third parties from our account in the past. Steps to block or deny access:
- Sign up for a Gmail account.

- Select "Sign-In & Security" and click on "Apps with Account Access". This shows tracks of apps or services to which you have access from third parties to your account.
- Select "Remove" from the apps that you have no trust in.
